Return Window
You may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
We can only accept returns if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request is submitted within the 14-day return period.
• The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products without their original packaging or safety seals.
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
• Gift cards or downloadable items.

Return Process
Email [your email address] within the return period with:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos (for damaged/incorrect items)
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Ship the product back to us within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
